Want to try out Avalon? Good news! From August 26th until September 4th we’re hosting open trainings, completely free to join. If you’d like to participate, simply join our WhatsApp group to get all the information and fill out this form so we know how many people are coming and what your level is, allowing us to provide a training that suits you. The training times are listed on the Practices page and are the same for the open trainings.

From there, you can actively participate in various trainings, competitions, and activities of your choice. In due course, our treasurer will contact you about the contribution payment process. Payment

After registering for avalon through the form above, you will receive a payment request in the communications groupchat, which we send to all of our members twice a year. If you have a full year membership you only have to pay this once a year. In the form your bank registration is asked in case we want to collect the contribution in a different way. As if now, giving your bank registration doesn’t mean that anything will be deducted from your account right away. Other costs you make with Avalon for joining activities or competitions will be payed by a request sent out regularly or when you have built up some costs.

DEREGISTRATION

In accordance with the Rules and Regulations, you are obligated to pay contribution every (half) year you are registered as a member of TSZWV Avalon. A membership can be cancelled by sending an email to info@tszwvavalon.com. Depending on the type of membership, you have to cancel your membership before January 1st (half year) or August 1st (full year).
