During the Night

Aftermovie of Swim for Charity 2023
new format!

This year, there will be no more limitations on the amount a team can have. This means that you and a friend can already form a team with just you two. But if you can bring together 50 friends, they could also all be in your team (and we would be very impressed!).

On top of that, a maximum of four people in a team can swim at the same time. In order to streamline the event, we might put some teams together in one lane, but they can still compete as separate team. This lane division will be communicated beforehand.

During the awards ceremony at the end of the evening, the winning teams and individuals will be announced for both leagues. Additionally, the team with the most donations recieves a prize. The team distance (for the competition) will be based on the average distance per participant.

In addition to swimming, there is more than enough to do in the pool during the event. With a DJ, games and a hot tub, you will not be bored when you’re not swimming. More information about this will be communicated closer to the event.

Information beginners and experienced league

This year, we are adding a beginners league to the competition to maximise the competition between teams! We consider someone an experienced swimmer when they are able to comfortably swim a distance of 200 meters. The winners of both leagues will be celebrated during the award ceremony at the end of the night!
